The Youngs Brewery Dray

Horses have made daily beer deliveries from the Ram Brewery, Wandsworth,

since brewing began there in the reign of Elizabeth the First.

Six of the Young’s 12 black & white Shires

pull the Lord Mayor’s procession coach through the

City of London every November.

The horses are still stabled behind the brewery

and raise thousands of pounds for charity

by appearing free of charge at shows and fetes.
